VW Passat GTE

There is a new Plug-in Hybrid version of the Passat coming up.

But, as you can see, this is not "our" Passat. It is the more modern all new 2015 European version.

It is powered by a small 1.4 Liter engine with an electric motor for a total of 218HP.
Which is really good. As the same 1.4 Liter/Electric combo in the Jetta Hybrid , with "only" 170HP, already feels really quick.
And, you get a pure electric range of about 31 miles. Or about 10 more than a similar For Fusion.

Chevrolet Equinox

Well, after all these years (since 2009), the Equinox is only getting a new front end and rear lights.

(And let's not forget the larger screen inside)

Which means it'll be at least 2 years for a new one.

Hyundai Tucson

Looking quite nice, if a bit generic.
It seems that all new compact SUVs look the same these days.
As for the interior, it is more than generic. It could literally be anything. From anyone.

Still, I am sure this will do quite well.
